# Destination reached!

You’ve completed the PostgreSQL Database Observability learning path. Here’s what you accomplished:

- **Prepared your PostgreSQL database** by enabling `pg_stat_statements`, configuring query tracking settings, and creating a dedicated monitoring user
- **Generated the Grafana Alloy configuration** with the Add a database wizard and deployed it to your collector
- **Verified telemetry** was flowing to Grafana Cloud through the Telemetry status checks
- **Explored query performance** on the Queries overview page to find slow queries and drill into details

### What’s next?

Now that Database Observability is running, you can:

- **Set up alerts** on query duration or error rate to catch performance regressions early
- **Review explain plans regularly** to identify missing indexes and inefficient query patterns
- **Monitor wait events** to understand resource contention and optimize concurrency
- **Add more databases** by running the Add a database wizard again for each PostgreSQL instance
